Broadband recommendations?

I'm looking for broadband access in Sacramento CA. I'm looking at Earthlink dsl, Pac Bell dsl and Comcast@home. Any comments?
 
Cable! @home is 3mbps downstream versus ADSL 1.5mbps. I've only had cable blackout once and I don't ever get slow downs due to "Shared" connections or "Peak" times.
