I'm thinking of getting a Gigabyte BRIX GB-BXi7-5775
This has an i7-5775R: Broadwell, quad core with hyperthreading, Iris Pro graphics, 65W.

It will be noisy as-is but I can silence it by operating without the lid and replacing the fan ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRgNyoiX6Cg ).

Is should come to £800 fitted out with 256GB mSATA SSD, 2TB HDD, 16GB RAM.

Used for: 1080p video editing, Adobe CC, Visual studio, Office...

Concerns:
- It's a Broadwell so out of date; should I wait for the Skylake quad core Iris Pros to come out?
- No-one has reviewed this system. Compared with the previous GB-BXi7-4770R which was very popular, this model had very limited production and demand. Does that mean it's likely to be buggy?
- Any problems running it without a lid?

Does this build look good to you? Anything else I should be considering?

I don't see to many issues, although its gonna look cheezy without the lid and a fan blowing out the top. The performance seems to be up there though.
