I think the real issue is that Brits are intimidated by objects 3" or longer. The men get jealous and the women aren't sure what to do with it.

Whereas in america if something isn't so fat that it wont move through a door under it's own steam they assume it's a child. I'm sure you guys think you've got massive dicks, but in actual fact you can't see beyond your stomachs and so have to just guess.

Coming from the country that banned KinderEggs, that's rich

I like kindereggs what happened to kindereggs in the US?

Apparently American kids are dumber than the rest of the world and like to swallow the toys, so they need the government to ban them.....

As an American, and one who is around kids all day, I can safely say that's very true. They're dumber, fatter, and have much shorter attention spans.

Ahh fair do's lol, I guess that's the same reason that the government had to ban alcohol until you are 21... Whereas in the UK you can drink from 2 at home.

I guess it's easy to get your kids to take naps at home. Just give them a nip off a decent brew.

The British subjects are completely controlled by the government. Thank the lawdy for our 2nd amendment, otherwise we could end up like our friends across the pond.

Firstly why do 8 year olds need to buy cutlery?

Secondly, your scared of turning into us?

Were scared of turning into you! You know the heath system problems, the weight gain, the stupidity, the gun crime!

And if they have to go to school, do they get jaegar bombs?

For some reason a society of drunk children seems almost utopian, and is probably full of hilarity.

You bet, it's good to treat them every so often.

In all seriousness though people in the UK do put a nip of whiskey or brandy on the end of their finger and give babies a sip to get them to sleep every so often (not everyone but some)

You are defending needing to be 18 to buy a kitchen knife, yet making fun of alcohol being restricted for minors?

What world do I live in?

That is what happens when guns are outlawed, you get insane knife crime.

I live in a world where a beer isn't a lethal weapon. Bizzare huh?

I've heard of that in America too, I was allowed tastes when I was a child. It's legal in some states as long as its in your own home.

You have to be 18 in America to buy computer duster, so Americans can't argue against Britain's knife regulation.

The canned air stuff, because kids huff the shit out of it to get high.

And bears are weapons.

Bears are deadly.

Oh I see, damn kids!

Huh?

"The number of alcohol-related deaths has increased by nearly a fifth in four years, figures show.
The Office for National Statistics data revealed deaths in England and Wales rose by from 5,525 in 2000 to 6,544 in 2004 - an 18.4% increase."

Self inflicted, it's not exactly forced upon them like getting shot.

You can't be serious.

UK Drink Driving Statistics

Drink Driving Statistics

• On average 3,000 people are killed or seriously injured each year in drink drive collisions.

• Nearly one in six of all deaths on the road involve drivers who are over the legal alcohol limit.

• Drinking and driving occurs across a wide range of age groups but particularly among young men aged 17-29 in both casualties and positive breath tests following a collision. The Government's most recent drink drive campaigns aims to target this group.

That's why we've got an age limit and licensing to drive a car... Maybe you should for gun ownership ;)
