thousands upon thousands of women have their portrait taken in the nude when they are prrgnant, typicially in black and white, they actually make some quite stunning photographs, much like the Demi More one back in 91 or whatever
many many wedding/portrait photogs do it regulary as peopel want it done, especially if they are pregnet around when they are havving the wedding
