Nothing much to be said other than she is still on conservatorship though.

Live from hearing cnn:

Also, this is the only time one might be happy reading a Fox news article.

on the one hand: Good for her.
on the other hand: America is WAY too concerned with famous people and their messed up lives.

I remember in 2005 or 2006 I saw a newspaper in a machine (they still had those back then) and on the front page was some nonsense about Britney and her seemingly minor tribulations. On page D16 was an article about how we were losing the war. Tons of people in 2006 didnt even know we were still at war. They thought it was over cuz the press didnt cover it.

THIS, along with media obsession with dead blond girls makes one tend to believe the allegation of FAKE NEWS, or better put FU@KED UP NEWS.

Or, you could look at this for what it really is, and the benefit of a very high profile person shedding light on a fucking toxic legal arrangement, thoroughly exploited by many, that absolutely shouldn't exist as it is.

If it isn't for someone like Britney spawning all these popular documentaries and the now-long history of her very public breakdowns which, under the proper context, we now know where all of that was coming from, it's very likely that conservatorship goes on being ignored by everyone so that malicious shitbags can continue to exploit and torture their family and court-appointed dependents for simple financial gain.

well, we all know the powerful love to exert control over golden geese. Not much we can do about it.
I doubt you're gonna get thousands of people to march on Washington over Britney.
Shit, we cant even get massive protests over vote suppression.

It's entertainment news. It's fluff to break up the news feed filled with politics, war, COVID and whatever.
It's the equivalent of Sports. Americans are also way to concerned about watching men in tights playing with their balls.

HOWEVER,
Perhaps stop focusing on just the fame of the individuals involved and instead look at the story as a story about conservativeships and adult guardianships involving a noteworthy person then perhaps you can enjoy your fluff while learning something new.

So what is the over/under date on her needing another conservatorship once she goes off lithium? I have bipolar relatives, they all detest lithium since they feel nauseous after taking it, and actually are fine mentally when taking it (hence their concept that they don't need it since they feel fine). Then they go off lithium, everything goes haywire and they end back up in jail or some other similar problems within a year. Then they go back on lithium and the whole cycle repeats.

Is it really freedom that she is getting? Or is the real bipolar problem going to come back to take her freedom away?

I'll refer that to amol s. who appears to be more in tune with this story.

But if it was Kim Kardashian or some other non white, you'd be all about it though. (Emperor voice) Let the racism flow through you...

Que in one Sam Asghari as the quintessential gold digger arm candy of Britney's that will swindle her out of her wealth and her sons and ex-Federline who will forever take him to court to battle over who will inherit her estate.

There will be no end to Britney's story of her life as the typical drug addled superstar caught in a world where she cannot trust anyone to be totally on her side looking out for her best interests.
