Why haven't they activated those things yet? I've been vaccinated for over a month now, and I still don't have any sudden urges to say nice things about Bill Gates or buy a new XBox.

It's probably more subtle than that. If you start thinking an saas office suite is a good idea, that's the chip starting to work.
