I'm not sure it'd be a cure all. It works by keeping nicotine from reaching the brain, thus preventing the "high." Sounds to me like it might be frustrating for a smoker trying to quit when those cravings don't get satisfied.

Forget helping the smokers, think of the children. Seriously though, if this article is right, it would make a better vaccine to prevent smoking, than to stop it. Make it an optional/manditory vaccination for kids, and you'd have a much smaller smoking population in theory.
