Brite View bv-2322 HD wireless system - problems

Has anyone used any of the Brite View wireless HD systems? I got mine this week, but I can't get it to work. Here is a copy of a post I put on the Brite View forums:

My Dish Network receiver is connected to the input port on my new bv-2322 transmitter. The output port on the bv-2322 transmitter is connected to my Sony HDTV. Loop-through works perfectly. The power LED on the transmitter is solid purple, and the source LED on the transmitter is solid blue. The bv-2322 receiver is turned off.

The bv-2322 receiver is connected to my Vizio HD television. The TV is turned off. If I turn on the power on the bv-2322 receiver, both the power & LED lights on the receiver flash blue for a few seconds, then go to solid blue. If I turn on the tv that is connected to the bv-2322 receiver, after a few seconds the LED light on the bv-2322 receiver begins a fast blink. When this happens, the picture on the main tv (the one connected to the bv-2322 transmitter) is lost. The satellite TV never receives a picture.

The real insult is that the system teased me by working for a few minutes... then I disconnected all the cables to put the transmitter & receiver in their permanent positions. The satellite system has not worked since, although the main system connected to the HDMI passthrough works perfectly.
