Bringing an app to the foreground

Hi all. Got a little problem. I use a utility for iTunes called Tune-Up. It does a great job of fixing screwed up tags and information, not to mention cover art.

Now normally when I start iTunes, it loads as a sidebar to the right of the iTunes app. Well, now it loads but doesn't appear anywhere on the screen. If I hover the cursor over it on the task bar, it shows the app running, but the outline of the app doesn't appear on either monitor (I have 2).

I once learned of a trick to get apps that were "off the screen" by using the Windows key and arrows and that would move it back into view. That is not working here. TuneUp is not repsonding to help requests. So I'm turning to the people that have never failed me. 🙂 Any ideas how to bring this app to the foreground?

Running Windows 10 Home, 64-bit edition.

TIA.

Have you changed your display layout recently? If you changed the side one screen is on, that might be doing it. Or if you are running a scale beyond 100%. I have a couple programs that do that. With one I was on a laptop and was away from the screen, so the only fix was the uninstall and re-install the program. Just make sure any preferences for the app (if they are stored elsewhere) are removed as well.
