Bringing a DVD+RW back to life?

I don't know what happened, but the disc visually is in perfect shape. I was using Nero to fully erase the disc, not quick erase. It continued to format, but then when it said it was done. But now it seems to be FUBARed. Checking the properties of the disc it 0 bytes used and 0 bytes available. Anyway of reformating it and getting it back?
