I fixed my post, forgot that there were a few states still lagging behind and as of 2007 this will be fixed.

They maybe arent driving w/ their brights on, those damn xenon lights all the cars have now suck, completely blind you.

That's true, not to mention there are alot more bigger vehicles (suvs, trucks, etc) on the roads here than there are in Europe, so anything that's a little higher above the road than you blinds you pretty bad with just regular lights on...

in europe, are most of the cars small, like a civic? are there many larger cars like the size of the lincoln town car?
