Brightness does it really make a huge difference ?

Maximum brightness does it really make a big difference in battery life on a iPhone or any mobile phone?

Yes. My GF has a note 4 and its at full brightness. Phone will dip below 50% midday and she has to charge. When I had the same note 4 (I gave her mine when I got the note 7) the battery would last at least 20 hours to get between 30-50% and I used it much more than she did. Obviously any phone will discharge faster at full brightness.
