Lately, I've been leaving mine on sRGB. A bit much for a brighter games without the lights on, but it's the best way to get my TN to do justice to darkness (FO3+Fellout, FI).
Brightness 10, Contrast 10, Sharpness 5 (I'd leave that as 1, except text becomes hard to see, side-effect of pixel size/density on my small 22" 1080p screen I guess). R:90, G:90, B:100. Great for doing Photoshop and Illustrator, but not so good with movies & games. For those I set it at Dynamics mode (Brightness 90, Contrast 50, Sharpness 1, DynCont is ON).
Are you talking about on the monitor or the video driver options? I set my monitor to max brightness (it's a 4 year old 2405FPW) and leave every setting on the driver neutral, where it's supposed to be.
