Brighthouse Networks freaking ROCKS :)

Got home a little earlier to find that a few of the HD channels were studdering and getting all distorted.... Reset the box, no luck...

So i called Brighthouse, was on hold for not even a minute, told her the problem and was told:

"Our diagnostic noticed an intermittant problem on your block about 30 minutes ago and have sent a repairmen out to fix it already. He should be there any moment."

Not less than 2 minutes later, i see the brigthouse truck drive by my front window heading for the box down the road.....

It was fixed about 10 minutes later...

Getting a cable burried in our yard took months

I had Brighthouse for a while about a year and a half ago, but their service wasn't that good then.
