Bridging 2 netgear wireless routers

Here's the situation.

Wireless router downstairs connected to the cable modem.

I have another wireless router upstairs connected to a few of my machines.

Is there any way to get the router upstairs to talk to the router downstairs and use that internet connection so that I can just plug my computers into the router upstairs? Or do I have to get each computer a wireless card?
