wasn't that bad. i read the books too, cept they drag after a while. don't read any of her other books though..horrible. like the other female columnist turned book author candice bushnell(sex and the city), only the newspaper columns were any good so only the books based on the compilation of the columns are any good😛

There are a lot of chick flicks I can appreciate, even like, (i.e. When Harry Met Sally), but not Bridget Jones.

Hahaha, that came on last night on TBS I believe and my fiancee put it on in the background while I helped her grade some papers.

What a terrible movie. The synapsis is "Bunch of crazy old women justify their friend's history of alcoholism and abuse to her engaged daughter."

This movie is bad because it broken the golden rule of chick flicks: If you must make a chick flick that guys are going to be dragged to watch, it is imperative that the main chick be hot and NOT FAT.
