Hey Snipe
Correct me if i am wrong but a:
Wireless Router: Allows an internet connection to be shared to client workstations which are all running with wireless network cards. I.E- workstation A, B & C can all have wireless network cards, they can then share the internet and other files from each other.
Bridge: A devices which connects several networks together.
Also you might want to know the below as well:
Switch: Sends data from server/sender directly to the recipient rather than send it to every computer, check the recieving address is correct and tramsferring it to the correct address.
Hub: A device which connects several workstations together ((basically the oposite of the above switch description).
