Brett Favre's Father Passed Away Last Night :(

XZeroII

As a big Packer fan, I am sorry to hear this. What really conflicts me is the fact that the Packers play tonight (monday night). I will understand if he decides not to play so he can be with his family, but I would also really like him to play. Whatever he decides, I will not hold it against him. His father was only 58 🙁

Final play of the game, the grim reaper has the soul... there's the fake! Satan falls for it, there's the pass- saint peter is open....

Touchdown! The crowd goes wild!

How odd, I was talking about Favre yesterday in a discussion about "What about mary", the movie.

I'm sorry, but this was too funny not to laugh. 😛

True, lol, funny stuff.

Damn....I can bet though that if anything this will make him play 100x better if he does in fact play....he's going to put his heart and soul into this football tonight and play the game of his career. (Just my opinion)

1st of all, my condolences to the Favre family.

2nd: remember those times when Brett was hurt? He would come out and throw one pass then sit down just to keep his consecutive played games streak going? It would be interesting to see what he's going to do tonight.

He IS playing..jsut announced.

🙁

That has got to be tough. If he shows to start this game, I'm sure he'll finish it. He's healthy, and there would be no point in going to CA if he was just going to start a game.

thats too bad for the favre family.
that being said, i saw some ESPN thing about his childhood and dad.
allegedly, his dad wasnt the best and would beat the crap out of brett.
stereotypical jock football coach type father.

must be what made favre such a tough guy.

2 touchdown throws in the first 10 minutes of play...you are SO right.

So when exactly was that or are you just talking outta yer ass?

people dying is never kewl.

but its one thing to care about celeberties dying, but to care when their relatives die?

soldiers die in iraq every day for far less normal reasons.

I call BS too. Heck, Favre was hooked on pain killers not that long ago.
