I can't wait. Less Than Zero and American Psycho are two of my favorite novels and while I didn't enjoy his other works nearly as much I keep reading wonderful things about this new novel.
I urge all ATOT readers to grab a copy of either one of these books (even the audio versions/ movie renditions are good. Less Than Zero read by Kevin Bacon!)
Any other Ellis fans in the house?!

the film was awesome, should readthe books?

Why not? Some people don't like the amount of detail Ellis goes into but it's in keeping with the character of Bateman. There's also some grisly stuff and funny bits that didn't make it into the film.

If you read all of Ellis' books you''ll find some of the characters, e.g. Bateman and his brother, pop up all over the place which is fun.
