Oh dude, thanks for posting this! This song was on a House episode a while back, I meant to seek it out but forgot. Yeah, it's not my usual style of music but I like this song. Now I'm trying to remember which House episode it was - I'm thinking the black guy with radiation poisoning, but I don't think that's right.

Edit - ah, it was the episode with the black kid with leukemia. I knew it was about a black guy.
