You do realize that the Constitution only covers federal powers correct?

Why don't you go in depth and explain how his specific words actions or legislation ignores the Constitution.

One of the key points to understand is that when you cite case law you have to look at the original intent and meaning of the words.

You should read the debates while the 14th amendemnt was being discussed in the house, and what the author of the 14th amendment him self said his intent was.
