I have been on a diet for three weeks now, running everyday for 15minutes at the same pace. I feel better and weigh less; however, since I started my diet and exercise, I still have flabby breasts.
I have been on a very good diet of tuna and vegetables each day, plenty of water, some fruit, and nothing else. Yet, I swear I can?t see my chest getting smaller.
Whets going on? And what should I do in terms of exercise?

How old are you? YOu might have gynecomastia (male breasts syndrome).

Have it checked out by a doctor; if it's really bad and bothering you, there's a surgery to correct it.

also, you should throw in some weight training to tone up your muscles. If you got flabby boobs, and you're losing fat, you still got some extra skin. Build some muscle to fill up that skin.

jeez whats with all the health questions today.....

Start bench pressing free weights to tighten your chest.

What is your weight, and height? You do realize that 3 weeks is nothing, right? Back when I went to a gym, my friends and I hated the start of a new year because the gym would be so packed with new people. Things would get back to normal around the middle of February though.:p

Did you have this problem before you became overweight? What is your height and weight?

Yep 3 weeks is too soon to see any results. You can't rush these sort of things, I suggest you continue on your plan and check back in 3 months. That's when some real results should be realized.

I have man-boobies and I got them due to being overweight. I'm struggling to get rid of them.
