I have been on a diet for three weeks now, running everyday for 15minutes at the same pace. I feel better and weigh less; however, since I started my diet and exercise, I still have flabby breasts. 
I have been on a very good diet of tuna and vegetables each day, plenty of water, some fruit, and nothing else. Yet, I swear I can?t see my chest getting smaller.
Whets going on? And what should I do in terms of exercise?
