With all due respects to CaptnKirk, this a redundant thread, as the ever diminishing Stevens options are being discussed to death. With this outcome seen as almost certain three days ago, when the absentees from Matsu were counted, and did not go for Stevens.

The only remaining question is, will Stevens make a concession speech tomorrow or not?

I think we can all hope he will, but will he?

Only time will tell and no use any further speculation about what reality demands tomorrow.
