Senior members of royal family paid Bin Laden not to attack targets in Saudi Arabia, according to court documents, and money was used to fund training camps in Afghanistan, the SUNDAY TIMES reported out of London.

Unfortunately its required that you have a subscription to this site but the story is there. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/

Pretty crappy, but not all that surprising if you consider their history.

It shouldn't be any surprise anyone that these criminals would stoop to having people pay protection money to their version of an international organized crime family.

They have been paying extortion and "stay away" money ever since Anwar Sadat was assassinated. Your OIL money at work.

Wasn't Sadat the Egyptian leader that was killed? How does that have anything to do with the Saudi's??

Despite his massive security detail he was killed anyway..the House Of Saud is constantly reminded of that. May be reason why so many of the Royal Family live in the US. Once in a while they put on the robes and burkas and make a "guest appearance" at the Royal Palace. Then head back to their gated estates in Boston and New York.

Shure I do. I even own a chain saw!! My concern is that terrorists are well aware of the massive cash flow the Saudi Royal Family control and are exerting blackmail pressure at every oppertunity...
