At least he has some sense.

I saw a photo on the Yahoo news section that shows some of our troops riding on horsebacl with Northern Alliance members in search of the enemy. I would love to hear some of their battle stories. :)

I don't know if I'd call this pathetic. It acutally makes me more uneasy. Such a quick and easy victory. My gut feeling on this is that something bad is about to happen to the cities the NA has captured.

I don't know, I think you are giving the Taliban too much credit.

In any normal war, it might make sense for the Taliban to blow up the cities they just deserted but not this one.

I don't think it will help bin Laden reach his ultimate goal if he's seen as a fellow Muslim-killer
