something seems fishy about the boyfriend, maybe cause he may be drunk but even the newsreporters on msnbc said his comments were strange.

They said the kidnapper drove up in a car that was stolen from nevada and the description of the guy matched the one given of the carjacker. Hope they get the girls alive.

Yeah the boyfriend on Foxnews looked so nonchalant. I would have been upset. He acted like this was a normal day for him. Something was fishy about it.

So this guy is 18 with 15 or 16 year old girl at lovers lane? Yeah this isn't fishy at all. That and he can't remember a description of the guy who did this. I was robbed at gunpoint one time with a friend and my girlfriend. I had almost a perfect description of the robbers. Something just isn't right here.

Edit-Now they are saying that is more of a party place and not really a lover's lane.

Saw the brief bit on Headline News. Guy running around in his shirt and boxers with duct tape still sticking to his arms. Thats gonna hurt coming off. I hope they find the girls before too much happens to them.

Ah if the guy was too pussy to shoot me, then I'd take advantage of it... I mean why didn't they even try... hell i woulda rather got shot then just sit there knowing something was gonna happen to these people...

They had an "Amber alert" on the freeway signs this morning (saw it on the way to work). It gave the truck description and license number.

I don't know if this is a copycat trend or if this normally happens, but I hope it stops soon. I'm just glad I don't have any kids (especially daughters).

I really don't think the cops are doing a damn thing right with this case. First, it has been over 10 hours and the only info they have is a Hispanic Male age 30-40. No clothing description, weight, height, scars, tatoos, facial hair, etc. They know he hijacked a saturn 12 days ago in Vegas but they don't even have a description from then! He now has some 18 year old kids white 1980 blazer and they know the tag number. Big freakin' whoop. They haven't even gotten prints off the Saturn yet or gotten prints from the duct tape(in fact they tossed it on the ground).

So you have a 18 year old with a 16 year old at a KNOWN party spot to local people. This guy jacked the car from Vegas. How would he know about this spot? How does two big strong 18 year old guys get pushed around by some guy. Yes he had a gun, but how could they not fight while he was duct taping them? Wouldn't you have to hold the gun in one hand or set it down to duct tape someone? Not only that but why were these guys so CALM? They just got tied up with a gun in their face and the guy was threatening to kill them the whole time. Not only that, but two of the girls they were with GOT KIDNAPPED. They were about as calm as anyone I have ever seen that just got freakin' threatened with a gun and had their friends kidnapped. What the hell is going on? Nothing is adding up. The cops are bumbling around and have no NEW information since the story was first reported.

The AMBER alert isn't going to help if the onyl description they have is a hispanic make age 30-40. He could have easily dictched the Bronco by now. I guess a 30-40 year old hispanic males doesn't narrow it down much in the Southwest USA.




EDIT- A guest is saying the kids were under the influence of something. Most likely marijuana.

Also the kid who was robbed and had his date kidnapped says that he didn't think there were any bullets in the gun( how would he know? he said the gun was a semi-auto) . WTF? Something is just REALLY strange...REALLY Strange.
