Found this beautiful keyboard and mouse at a thrift shop for $3.Both never touched or used and still in the old original box.Appears someone bought a pc back in 2000 or so and said hell with with the stock kb+ms,lets use our old pair.

Keyboard is museum quality new,its the barn yard find of computers if you will if anyone can relate to what that means. The mouse doesn't even have a trace of lint in it but i got that saved up for the rainy day when my usb logitech g300 craps out.

Keys are so damn solid,i have played with these older keyboards but i almost cried deciding to use this.My cousins Dell keyboard broke after 10 years of service and well i loaned him my USB Logitech and i tell you this thing feels so solid for its age.

Don't know much about these old keyboards, are they more mechanical then the newer ones?

Dell AT-101W keyboards used Alps Black mechanical switches. Over the course of the manufacture, Alps made several different versions of this switch which vary in quality. These switches are mechanical but general considered to be inferior to Cherry switches or buckling springs.
