What was it Reagan said about the problem being you "know" so many things that just aren't so? Yes, the RNC tried the same smear in 2008. The FEC investigated and found no evidence to support the allegation. It's just another Swift Boat Liars attack, eagerly swallowed by wing-nut morons, the Charlie Browns of politics who never learn from having the ball pulled away again and again and again.

This latest smear, by a conservative front group, has no evidence of actual wrong-doing either. This was confirmed by the group's co-founder, in an interview on Fox, no less. All they have is innuendo. They have no actual evidence the Obama campaign has accepted even one dollar of foreign donations. That didn't stop them, of course. After all, they have an election to take, truth be damned.

I watched Bobby Brown's "Humpin' Around" video (with intro) the other day and his voice is deep and almost gravely in the intro. While he's singing his voice is high and smooth. Soliciting donations over the Internet, as pretty much all campaigns do, seems like it requires some policing...but neither article did much to demonstrate it's specifically an Obama problem.
