Golden Globes always have been and always will be a complete joke. They're about as honest as the IOC deciding which city gets the Olympics based on which host provides the best hookers for the execs on their fact-finding junkets. The nominations are bought by whichever study spends the most on schmoozing. Breaking Bad didn't need the nomination, so AMC didn't spend enough to buy one.
