It's the most important meal of the day. I eat yogurt with the coffee before the gym and then either a shake, eggs or something else with lots of protein to top it off.
My favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs, hash browns, lots of cheese and sausage all thrown together in a skillet and cooked for a wee bit. Heart attack on a plate. Now that, my friends is the breakfast of champions. That will motivate you to get off your ass and run 10 miles just to burn all those calories and to counter all the cholesterol.
