bread tie or plastic bread clip?

Neither one is necessary. Grab the bag by the opening, hold it in the air, spin the bag, set the whole thing down with the opening tucked under the remaining loaf. Doesn't do any more or less to keep the bread fresh than either of those and saves so much more time.

Twist ties are better - useful for many things. The plastic-covered ones that come with computer cables are the best. Since they're not paper, they're more durable, and if they come with heavier cables, the wires themselves are thicker. The ones that come with UPSes are the best; they're long enough that they can be clipped down to size for many other things.

Other than that, there are always velcro wire wraps.

You use velcro wire wraps ... around your bread bag??

weak rant: I hate it when people twist the wire ties 27 times instead of a couple, like the extra twists somehow seal better.

I twist and fold usually because I'm lazy. That being said, I think that clips work the best.

Voted Other, but use All. Whatever the Bag uses I use until the loaf is approx half gone, then I Twist/Tuck. I generally hate the plastic clip and curse everytime they snag, break, or bend in such a way that they fail, I still use them the first few times though. Twist ties are far superior IMO.
