Bread Mold - Identification help

Heya,

Recently there's some mold that I keep seeing on some of the bread I buy, which appears about 1-2 after purchase. This time the mold appeared without me opening the package.

what am i looking at? everything in that picture looks toxic

edit: it looks like that should be in a toilet
