Played around with it on my X120e, I think my lowest stable undervolts were as follows.

P0 (1600MHz): 1.1875V
P1 (1280MHz): 1.0500V
P2 (800MHz): 0.8250V

All were tested with 25 runs of IntelBurnTest I think to ensure stability. YMMV of course, but should give you an idea of what to expect. I didn't do any extensive battery life testing, but the 5-10% improvement mentioned on the Google Code page is probably about right. It's not going to double your battery life or anything, but it will help.
