BRASILIA, Brazil (Reuters) -- A Brazilian judge furious at U.S. plans to fingerprint and photograph Brazilians entering the United States has ordered Brazil to do the same to U.S. citizens, police said on Tuesday.
What a fvcktard to say that!"I consider the act absolutely brutal, threatening human rights, violating human dignity, xenophobic and worthy of the worst horrors committed by the Nazis," said Federal Judge Julier Sebastiao da Silva in the court order released on Tuesday.

Well they have just much right to protect their country as we do.
It's childish and spiteful, but still it's not that big a deal. It's a hassel for US citizens, but if you don't like it you don't really have to go there. It's not akin to being shuffled into a gas chamber, however!Originally posted by: TommyVercetti

Yes but we are acting in the interest of security, they are doing it because they don't agree with our policies.

SO I assume therefore that he considers his own actions to be absolutely brutal, threatening human rights, violating human dignity, xenophobic and worthy of the worst horrors committed by the Nazis?

I think this whole fingerprinting/taking photos system should have been passed by the U.N. to be done by all member countries a long time ago ...

I agree..
Most of the tourists to the US are in the 28 countries exempt from the fingerprinting laws. For those with money who are not from an exempt country I suppose it could hurt their desire to come to the US, but I'd personally not care if I was from one of the other countries. I have nothing to hide, and it's their country - so why should I care if I'm in the US's person-tracking database?it is very stupid because it will discourage tourism - personally I'm not interested in getting into other countries database and I would imagine there will be many foreigners who feel the same way and not just "terrorists", especially regarding getting into the US's database

For those who approve this measure, why should foreigners be subject to this and not foreigners as well as anyone already in the US, ie citizens?
