Fixed my SSL certificate issues and my DNS forwarding all in one shot.

Everytime I've had a problem with godaddy, I've emailed them and within an hour I've had a response with instructions on how to fix the problem and it's always worked the first time. When I was with dreamhost, they offer suggestions on how to fix the problem, but it would usually take 2-3 emails to get it fixed.

A+ for godaddy for me too.

I should mention the support person was an american.

We use godaddy for hosted email and they are top notch. Always been great, fast and speak excellent English. Of course the biggest plus for me is I don't have to deal with exchange server anymore. YAY!!!
