Brands of RDRAM 1 any better than another?

Samsung 16 Device 256MB sticks for overclocking
Samsung 8 Device 256MB sticks if not.

8 device have slightly less latency but don't OC as well and vise versa.

For 128MB sticks swap 16 for 8 and 8 for 4.
