Brand/product libel on eBay

eBay is misclassifying IZOD as "Value" brand, even though in truth they are mid-range and this was confirmed by PVH themselves. This constitutes product libel and I think this should be changed. I am seriously considering reporting this to PVH's legal department to force eBay to change this deliberate libel. However, is there anything I should do before I proceed?

I'd look into getting a new hobby, and let the high paid lawyers handle their legal work if they think it's warranted. They know exactly what's one ebay, and if they want to try violating someone's free speech, they're welcome to try. Guess why the stuff's still on ebay...
