Most of the times Dell Pc's come with OEM graphics chip which means they are manufactured by Dell themselves but if you want to check its make and other info such as memory modules and memory bus type then you should download and install this utility from the following link and check details.

That's what I was thinking. I just want to make sure it has the correct specs etc as I'm actually selling the GPU as I don't need so much muscle. Wouldn't want to represent something wrong. I downloaded GPU-Z and took a screenshot. Can someone advise if it is a certain version of the card? Unless they are all the same pretty much (don't know a lot about them but I know there are lots of versions) Thanks!

They are not manufactured 'by' Dell. They are made by an OEM company for Dell. Most likely Sapphire, VisionTek, or XFX.

OP, everything looks fine in GPU-Z.
