i just got all of my components in yesterday and put everything together (see sig). i have not installed winxp or anything. i need advice on what drivers to download and install.
should i use anything that came on the motherboard's cd? the videocard's cd? or should i just get everything online? what sites should i go to (ie evga's site vs nvidia's site)?
i'm also assuming i don't need an sata driver disk for winxp. if not, when i make the boot disc should i use the nvidia drivers or the sil drivers that come on the mobo cd?
i want to be very careful and install the right things for the best possible performance. all of your help is greatly appreciated.
