Hi nope OEM warranties are offered by the seller and they vary from seller to seller from 30 days to a year. I can get the 30 day warranty that I will pass to you guys.

not trying to crap on anyone's deal but $200 is a lot to risk w/o a meaningful warranty. Fyi, techbargains-dot-com claims Kaypro has this card for $190. Since I'm too cheap to pay that much for a vid card, I can neither confirm or deny the truth of that claim.
