Brand new DVD from amazon wont read :(

Will they still take it back? I pop Lock Stock & 2 Smokin Barrels in my Pioneer and it just gives me this unreadable disk error, I can put in Snatch, and it works fine!

That's sucks... you could have gotten a poorly pressed DVD disc. You should verify that it doesn't work in a reagualr DVD player... or in a different brand drive.

Maybe I'm wrong but Plextor don't have a dvd player.

anyhow, now I'm more depressed, my inet connection kicked out when I was submitting the return request (a bit ago), it must be an omen from the gods for me to keep this non-working DVD disc 🙁

i'm sure you can return that disc. when i pop lock stock and 2 smoking barrels into my pioneer, i get 2 hours of entertainment.
