Any of you previous Dell Owners run into something similar? I've never owned a Dell Desktop and I'm at my friend's house trying to set it up. The dell runs fine when nothing is plugged in. The second I plug in any PCI device it won't boot. Instead the fan blows full-blast and nothing happens. No post. Namely I am tyring to plug in two ATi 9250 PCI cards, but no luck. I'm stuck...no clue what might be going on?

Why two video cards indeed. No Dell desktop I know of supports SLi, and certainly not with PCI cards.

It won't boot with ONE PCI card...no I'm not trying with two. As to WHY I want two PCI cards (Notice they are PCI cards...so No I'm not trying to run them in SLI) is for a 4 monitor setup.

Considering people have done 7-8+ monitors I don't see why not? They needed 3+ video cards to do that...most using the ATi 9250 (supposed to be the most compatible PCI card..or one of the most)
