brand new computer wont download games

Built 2 brand new computers, one useing XP pro sp2, the other using windows 2000, instaled norton 2005 and all latest sevce packs. they both can get on the internet, see the network, download norton updates and adaware updates, yet they cant connect to download music through kazaa k++ or limewire? yes i have vaild cpites of both.
