I haven't even installed this replacement motherboard and the new caps seem to be seeping.
Story:
I RMA'd an epox 8rda+ mainboard and just got it back. Epox is doing the capacitor replacement due to some bad caps early 2003 in this model. I don't know if this should be a concern or not. Could these caps with the "white chaulky" stuff on their tops be bad or just had some of the chemical squeezed out because they were over-filled during manufacturing?
