Question Brand new 15" 2018 Macbook Pro from Apple store with 9 battery cycles?

Is that normal? I thought 1 or 2.
This was brand new from the Apple Store Christiana Mall Delaware.
It seems OK, perfect sealing on box, etc.
I've had lots of Macbooks in my hands and never remember a cycle count over 2 on a brand new unit.
Maybe this is something new?

Could have just needed additional testing for one reason or another. If you bought it new you shouldnt worry as have warranty if becomes and issue
