What kind of mileage would I expect to see out of pads / rotor with 80% city and 20% highway driving. I know there can be a lot of factors that would change this number but I'm just looking for a ball park figure. I can't seem to find any type of estimate on the net.

If news pads / rotors were installed on the front and rear which would need replacing first? If one end of the car is wearing faster than the other is that a sign of a problem? Or would this be considered typical wear pattern?

Around 80% of a cars braking effort is taken care of by the front brakes, so expect the fronts to need service first, always.

I have no idea about the life span on that particular car. I do, however, know how shit the brakes are on that car....nothing...nothing...nothing...keep pressing..nothing...nothing...HOLY CRAP LAND ANCHOR TIRE SKID FACE PULLED OFF.
