Regaring the Quantum Drive rebates:

I bought mine 10-30-00 & mailed the rebate the following day (that's 10-31-00 for you calendar challenged).

Today (1-29-01) I get a confirmation email from Quantum as follows:

I've had it with rebates: I'm careful with the documents, save all the stuff & call after the suggested period. (I called Quantum earlier in January...they said they were behind: No S**t Sherlock!!!

<BRAG> I recieved my Macy's order today. The invoice stated full Price though. Called my credit card company and the correct amount was charged.

<MOAN> I went for the 123itsallfree laptop. Someone had to try, so I place an order last week. I was promised to have the laptop last Friday. They charged my credit card but still haven't shipped anything. Visa will be getting another call from me.

Neither a brag or moan, just something I find amusing. How does a GPS receiver for 37.88 make it to 4 pages deep without a reply, yet people are responding to a free inflatable pillow offer that has been long closed. Also, the Burger King cheesburger with 73 replies.

I ordered from igadge.com( linked from Yahoo!shop ) before Thanksgiving using flooz. And never receive my order. Wrote to them three times, got no responce. Before Christmas, called them( they even don't have toll free custom service phone!!! ). CSR said it was out of stack. I asked for refund. He said ok, we will refund to your flooz account. Till now I still didn't get my money back.
