pretty cool guy, and he barely ages, I still remember his show decades ago and he still looks the same. anyway, high end chefs have some pretty big egos. I met Mr. Yan along with some other top-rank chefs from China in an event and it was a narcissist-orgy. They are not assholically cocky, its just that I felt most high-end chef has some pretty high-end ego.

... and there I was thinking you were referring to that chef on PBS who now has a cooking reality show. I'm attracted to him, and I find his talk and passion for cooking so funny and ticklish. LOL!
