Brady Bunch house up for sale $1.885 Million

The Dillon Street address in Studio City, CA is up for sale. This was the house featured for exterior shots. Someone mentioned that one prospective buyer wanted to knock it down and redevelop the lot. Unfortunately, the interior shots were only fabricated on a sound stage. So none of you can go looking for dirty Marcia panties!

Dirty Marcia panties would double the price, so that's poor planning. Maybe advertise it by saying that there might be some used panties left in the house somewhere and the perv buyers imaginations would run wild.

Good looking exterior, hideous interior, but who the hell would want to live in a tourist attraction? I don't want to be out mowing my lawn and have 100 cars pull up to take my picture and ask questions about the house.

I really, really want to believe that that is the final project for someone's Photoshop class. 😀

If it is real, I want a video of what happens to all that patio crap (including the giant TV) when the helicopter takes off. 😀 😀

It's real, and its existence is essentially in violation of every code and regulation in the city. You would not have friendly neighbors if you lived there

This developer dude is basically cancer.

Aside from that, it's ugly as shit. Looks like a fancy office building or convention center. $500b is a lot to spend to have to tear it down and put something decent in it's place.
