This is clearly a photoshop. I can tell by some of the pixels, and having seen many photoshops in my day.

without a doubt photoshopped... the proportions just aren't right.

theres a halo around his head of smoothed pixels and the neck line is kind of wrong for the rest of it. id say it was a chop. looks like the original had something more to the right of his head and was feathered out. its a good one if its a chop tho.
